MISSION STATEMENT

            The Civil War Forum of Metropolitan New York (CWFMNY) is a social and educational club for persons having a particular interest in the various military, political and social aspects of the Civil War.  Members and guests should expect  to learn something new and interesting about the Civil War from any one of our events.  We feature monthly speakers who are experts in their field.  Above all, we are a club that provides member-sponsored events in an informal atmosphere that are fun, educational, and social experiences for all the participants.
