| One Day Tours - We have had two fun and educational one day tours. Each featured the significant Civil War history of nearby cities, New York and Philadelphia. If you have an idea or a concept for a future one day tour, please share that idea! Updated !  The Civil War Forum is planning its 3rd annual battlefield tour, and this one is shaping up to be as exciting and informative as our past two have been. We are scheduled to leave on May 31, 2012, and return on June 3, 2012. The itinerary is chock-full of Civil War history, and there is nothing that can compare with actually going and seeing the sites that were an integral part of the war. This year, we have enlisted the services of three knowledgeable and enthusiastic tour guides. Hank Elliot will lead us through Manassas One and Two, Rob Orrison will take us through the battle at Bristoe Station, and Jim Morgan will guide us at the Battle of Balls Bluff. We will be staying at a very comfortable Courtyard by Marriott property. All meals are included. rice for the May 31- JUNE 3 trip to Manassas, Balls Bluff and Bristoe Station will be $725, for the 4 days, all inclusive!
